The "Perfect" Home
In response to your inquiry about Tom
Scanlon, I am more than satisfied with the level of service
that he provided during my visit to Wichita.
The advice he provided helped me find the "perfect" home
for my family. Tom knew I had a tight schedule, and little
time to waste looking at homes he knew I would not prefer
because he really listened to my needs. He made notes as to
my specific preferences, and came up with groups of listings
based upon my criteria.
There should be more agents like Tom who actually provide
"help" at times when the buyer gets a bit overwhelmed. Tom
gave me his time and attention; and I have a contract on a
"perfect" home as he promised I would. I expect you will
