| "I am the oldest of 8 children and by the time I was 16 years old, I had already lived in 8 homes. My father would send out his resume every couple of years to try and climb the corporate ladder. Because my Father had no retirement from any company, he started to invest in real estate on Cape Cod in the 1970s. He subsequently created his own retirement through his investments. I also learned that something was 'always for sale' and that you can always negotiate. It is funny looking back that I guess I was being groomed for a real estate career at a very young age." |
